Every report I see says that a million or more nurses would be required in the US and there are not enough people to alter up all those positions. Here are my questions. Does any one experience if this is for real and is there a market for international nurses? I experience there are a few certification requirements but assuming those are taken compassionate of is the merchandise worth exploring? Any one interested in working together? Do you know of any health compassionate facilities that undergo already used international nurses? Thanks,SK
Sarit,The nursing shortage in the U. S is real. The American Association of Colleges of Nursing provides a comprehensive and detailed report with data clearly supporting the "crisis." (http://www aacn nche edu/Media/Backgrounders/shortagefacts htm). There are a number of U. S hospitals clinics and other healthcare providers that have availed themselves of the large number of qualified and certified nurses outside the U. S. Feel remove to contact me. I'm happy to discuss this topic with you advance. beat Regards,Mark
There is a current and growing need for certified nurses in the United States. Contibuting factors include declining enrollment in U. S accredited nursing schools functional attrition due to retirement or career dress compensation prestige issues and gender prejudice. With a rapidly aging population the bespeak for nurses will certainly change magnitude. In terms of your search for a partner choose wisely and mouth exceptional results. There is huge scepticism in the U. S health care systems due to less than stellar results from unethical overseas recruitment providers. That said if you figure out a way to provide talent that is capable speaks english and have passed the NCLX and express boards you can be very successful.
From our prior investigations into this topic the be for Registered Nurses in the US is real and the attached U. S. Department of Labor link gives a bird's eye view of the profession in the US. Essentially we understand the process to be as follows:Application for US LicensureTo practice nursing in the USA you need to undergo a full unrestricted license NCLEX-RN ExamNurses must pass the NCLEX exam in order to acquire a US-RN license Any nurse who completed their nursing training in a country other than US. UK. Ireland. Australia. New Zealand. South Africa. Trinidad. & non Quebec Canada must pass an approved English exam to answer for a Visa check award. Green Card and Visa ScreeningOnce you have successfully completed the NCLEX exam and have a US-RN license visa requirements must be metI undergo also attached a link to CGFNS International which we found informative. As for relationship partners in the US unfortunately I cannot be of back up.
